Nickys’ Bananas and Sour Cream
My Dad was a great cook when my Mom let him in the kitchen.
He used to make this for us when he was home at night which wasn’t very often.
He worked two and sometimes three jobs to make sure we had everything we wanted.
This was his special treat to us that I still love
Four sliced bananas
One cup sour cream
One teaspoon sugar and some extra to sprinkle on the top
Mix everything together
Sprinkle with extra sugar on top
Thats it.
You can serve it with cookies or cake but we just had it plain.
Strawberries and ripe peaches are also delicious.
