Starting Sunday

No, the diet does not start tomorrow. It starts today.

I feel like a potato latke.

Christmas is three and a half weeks away and the cookies will start real soon.

Time to take control.

All the leftovers are frozen or gone.

No more excuses.

Tonight is going to be a great meal but low cal.

Grilled shrimp. Marinated in olive oil, salt and pepper.

Steamed vegetables. Any kind.

A great big salad with two tablespoons of dressing.

Thats it.

Drink two glasses of water.

Clean up.

Go to bed.

You have a great start for tomorrow.
