Stop and Shop had the pancake mix last summer as a limited edition.

This was my last box and I am waiting for them to stock it again so I can buy a ton.

In the meantime just use whatever pancake mix you like or even frozen pancakes.

Two tablespoons maple syrup

Two scrambled eggs

One link of crumbled cooked sausage

Mix the cooked sausage with the eggs and cook till the eggs are set.

Take the two pancakes and spread some of the syrup on one side of each pancake

Place the eggs and sausage on top then the second pancake

Serve with fresh fruit

This can be made with bacon, ham or cheese.
