Peach, Plum and Cherry Pie
Go into your fruit draw and get all your soft and spotted fruit
I had about six peaches, Six plums and a handful of cherries
You can use anything you have and don’t be afraid to mix things together.
I peeled, pitted and sliced all the fruit
Mixed them with;
2 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Pour into a pie shell, fold the edges over the fruit and crimp the edges to make it look pretty
Dot with about 1/2 tablespoon butter
Brush the crust with milk
Sprinkle with sugar
Bake on the bottom shelf at 425 degrees for about 40 minutes or until the crust is brown
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream
