This salad dressing should be a dipping sauce.

It is so good.

3 cloves garlic

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

One cup  oil

One teaspoon honey

Four cubed avocados

Mix the garlic and salt in the food processor till the garlic is creamed.

Add the vinegar, oil, honey and mustard

Process till everything is mixed well

Cube the avocado and drizzle the dressing on top

I put this on top of a vegetable salad.
