When I was growing up, cream cheese and jelly sandwiches were a treat.

My Mom would have all different flavors of jelly and all different kinds of bread and crackers.

This was not fancy but it was delicious.

Now, I decided to make it as a special treat.

Two slices of whatever bread you like.

I use soft potato bread

I love strawberry cream cheese

Blueberries

Banana

Honey

Spread as much as you want of the cream cheese on the bread

Slice the banana

Add the blueberries

Drizzle the honey

Great way to get your children to eat fruit.
