Spinach and beans Thursday

Two packages of frozen spinach, thawed, and squeezed

Four cloves of chopped garlic

Three tablespoons of oil

One can of white beans with the liquid

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon salt

Heat the oil

Add the garlic, saute till fragrant

Add everything else

Cook on medium heat till it is hot

Turn the bottom often or else it will stick

If it get too thick add some chicken broth

Serve with hot Italian bread

My kids made this in college all the time.
