Roasted Chick Peas
I am always looking for a healthy, low calorie snack.
This is it.
Two cans of rinsed and dried chick peas.
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoons olive oil
MIx everything together
Spread out evenly in a baking pan.
Try not to make the peas touch.
Bake at 450 degrees till the peas dry out and get crunchy.
Stir every five minutes.
Let them cool.
Place in a bowl and eat them like peanuts.
