Buffalo Cauliflower
This is one of the recipes you will make over and over.
It is so easy and kind of healthy.
One head of cauliflower cut into flowerets
Olive oil to coat the cauliflower
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 bottle Franks Red Hot Wing sauce
Coat the cauliflower with the oil
Mix the flour, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt and pepper in a plastic bag.
Put the cauliflower in the bag and shake to coat well.
Place on a lightly greased silpak and try not to make them touch.
Bake at 425 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes until the cauliflower is fork tender and starting to brown.
Toss gently with the Franks sauce as soon as it comes out of the oven.
I serve it with celery sticks, carrots, blue cheese and ranch dressing.
It is like eating buffalo chicken without the chicken.
