This is another box mix that is a no fail recipe.

It is a hot chocolate marshmallow cup cake mix.

The only time you can find this is around Christmas at Target and Walmart.

Butter a DEEP dish pie plate.

The batter won’t fit in a regular pie plate

Use TWO cake mixes and follow the directions on the box

Pour all the batter into the buttered pie plate.

Bake at 350 degrees for 36 minutes then start checking with your cake tester till the inside is dry. It make need another ten to 15 minutes because it is two cake mixes.

Cool and then frost.

This mix comes with a package of marshmallow frosting mix that is excellent.

Follow the package directions  and frost the cake.

I know this is not a scratch cake but it is delicious.
