The Best Burger
There is nothing like a good burger.
I mean a big, juicy almost can’t fit in your mouth burger.
One toasted English muffin
1/3 to 1/2 pound of 93% lean hamburg
Form into a patty and place a small indentation in the middle for equal cooking.
Salt and pepper the meat
One teaspoon olive oil
Two slices of bacon cut into one inch pieces
Six grape tomatoes cut in half
Heat the oil and place the meat in the pan on medium high with the bacon and tomatoes.
Let the meat start to bleed on the top and then turn over.
Stir the bacon and tomatoes in the pan to cook all their sides.
Cook the meat to desired doneness.
Place one slice of American cheese on the meat.
Assemble in this order:
Half a toasted muffin
One teaspoon mayonnaise
One teaspoon ketchup
Three slices of paper thin red onion
1/2 of a small sliced avocado
1/4 cup arugula
Two dill pickle slices
One teaspoon ketchup
One cheeseburger
All the tomatoes and crispy bacon
One teaspoon mayonnaise
The other half of the toasted English muffin.
Hold this burger with two hands making sure you support the bottom so nothing falls out.
Serve with thick cut steak fries, coleslaw and ten napkins.
