It’s a sleepy Sunday.

Dragged myself out of bed and actually started to write but never finished.

So instead of staying home and finishing what I started. …..I went shopping with my girls.

The entire cooking idea went out the window.

On the way home we stopped for pho. This is a very delicious huge bowl of broth with vegetables and different meats or fish. I had the vegetable pho.  It had rice noodles, carrots, celery, baby corn, fresh cilantro, scallions, bok chow, bamboo shoots , jalapenos and fresh basil. You could choose from the three hot sauces that were on the table. It was warm and fabulous. My new favorite.
