Everyone is trying to catch up from a long hard week.
Lets make life easy.
Buffalo Chicken Tenders
Three pounds of tenders

The panko makes the tenders crunchier.

1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
Three tablespoons of canola oil
1/2 bottle of Franks wing sauce. More if you like them really wet.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
Grease a cookie sheet lined with non stick aluminium foil
Put the flour and spices in a bag and shake the tenders till they are coated.
Shake off any excess flour.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until brown on the bottom.
Turn over for another ten minutes.
Put into a bowl and saturate with the wing sauce.
Serve with blue cheese and ranch dressing, carrots, celery and wedges of cheddar cheese.
These make a great wrap or grinder.Put lettuce, tomato, sprouts, onion and cheese in the wrap.
Serve with coleslaw and macaroni salad.
You are out of the kitchen in 30 minutes.
Go and put your feet up.
