Potatoes and Eggs

I always try to get fancy and make a meal everyone will remember but the basics are the best.

I had a steak sandwich for lunch and it came with these delicious german potatoes on the side,

Since I was eating the bread from the sandwich I tasted the potatoes and decided to take them home.

The next morning I had a feast.

Reheat the potatoes in a skillet with a little butter till they are hot.

Scramble four eggs with 1/4 cup of milk, salt and pepper.

Add the eggs to the potatoes and cook to the consistency you like.

My eggs are well done so I put a couple of slices of cheese on top.

I think thats a valid excuse for two hundred more calories.

This should serve two people.
