Wings…Wonderful wings
I love wings. Almost any wings.
Hot wings, BBQ wings, Honey wings, Grilled wings, Baked wings, Boneless wings.
I am always looking for another good recipe.
My Mom made these garlic asian wings that are great but today is a new recipe.
My kids love Sriracha. When I came across this recipe I had to try it and then of corse change it.
4 pounds of chicken wings
one tablespoon oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Mix everything together and bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes. or until the wings look cooked.
Drain all the oil out of the pan .
The Sriracha sauce is so easy.
8 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup of honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
two teaspoon ginger. Fresh is better but dry is fine . Just decrease it to one teaspoon.
1/2 cup Sriracha
4 tablespoons lime juice
Melt the butter
add the flour
Cook till the flour and butter bubbles.
Add everything else
Boil and then simmer till it gets a little thick.
Dip all the wings into this sauce and then place them back into the hot over till they get brown and gooey.
I served this with blue cheese, ranch, celery and scallions.
These are so good and not greasy except for the butter.
My sons loved these and so did I.
Four pounds are not enough so make sure you make more.
