Leftover Cauliflower Pizza
I made the spicy Sicilian cauliflower without the pasta and added honey instead of sugar.
The recipe was on March 12th blog.
It came out good but sweeter then I like it.
Since I never throw out anything I decided to made it the topping for pizza.
It was sweet, spicy and delicious.
One pound of pizza dough
Crisco for the bottom of the pan.
Three or four cups of the cauliflower recipe.
!/2 pound of either muenster or mozzarella cheese cut into small cubes.
Spread the pan with crisco and then spread out the dough to fit the pan.
Add the cauliflower evenly on the dough.
Bake at 450 degrees on the bottom oven shelf.
Bake ten minutes then add the cheese and continue baking until the crust is nice and brown.
Quick, easy and the leftovers are gone.
Great vegetarian pizza.
