Grilled Pork Tenderloin
My oldest son is hot. Well, he is hot but I mean hot in the kitchen.
He is on a roll making delicious meals that are not fattening.
He marinated the pork tenderloin with Creole Mojo for 24 hours.
You can find it in the Spanish section of the grocery store. Look around while you are there, a lot of great seasonings.
Heat your grill to high and sear the pork then turn to medium heat and test with a meat thermometer till you reach what you like.
I cook it medium.
Let it rest for 15 minutes before cutting.
It is so juicy you do not need gravy.
Steam some brown rice.
Saute baby zucchini with garlic, crushed red pepper and caramelized onions.
My kids put hot sauce on their rice. Its pretty good and low calorie.
