Green Vegetable Salad

My family loved this salad.

I used a bottled dressing that I love.

It is Garlic Expressions and I can only find it at Wegmans and on line.

It is much less expensive at Wegmans.

6 big handfuls baby spinach.

One big package of Asian broccoli

You can use broccoli or broccolini.

Cut into bite size pieces.

Two cloves garlic

Two tablespoons oil

One large bunch of asparagus, roasted or steamed.

Cut into bite size pieces.

Two cups baby peas.

Put into the microwave for a minute.

One small onion

Three cloves garlic

3 tablespoons oil

1/4 teaspoon sugar

salt and pepper

Garlic Sensation salad dressing

Place the spinach on a pretty platter

Drizzle with some salad dressing.

Don’t overdress the salad.

Place the garlic and oil in a pan and just soften for a minute on medium high heat.

Add the broccoli and stir fry for three or four minutes.

Just until it gets bright green.

Add salt and pepper

You want all the vegetables crunchy.

Pour all the broccoli and oil on the spinach.

Roast or steam the asparagus.

Mix the asparagus with some salad dressing.

Pour over the broccoli.

Mix the peas with some salad dressing.

Pour over the asparagus.

Heat the oil

Add the garlic and onions

Fry till crispy

Cook the peas

Add salt and pepper

Sprinkle over the vegetables.

This is so pretty.

Add any fresh herbs

Serve with anything.
