Salmon Saturday
I love salmon. Since I am trying to be good this is my reward or at least the first of many.
Salmon is so easy and fast.
Wash and dry the salmon.
Rub with a little olive oil and season with salt, pepper and fresh dill. Top with thin slices of lemon.
Bake on a piece of non-stick foil, skin side down at 425 degrees for about 12 to 18 minutes. The time varies according to the thickness of the fish. Test to see if it flakes and it is done.
Serve with béarnaise sauce, roasted red potatoes and steamed broccoli.
Knor makes a delicious packaged béarnaise and it takes five minutes.
