Chocolate dipped meringue cookies
These cookies were my second choice.
I started to make french macaroons and nothing was going right.
The egg whites whipped weird, I forgot to add the sugar, the batter was like water.
I threw everything out and left the kitchen.
I still needed a cookie to bring to a baby shower.
I bought two bags of cappuccino meringue cookies, dipped them in melted dark chocolate and sprinkled them with blue sugar.
This took me about twenty minutes.
Let them dry uncovered overnight and put them in a pretty container.
I will try the macaroons another day…
