I went out to dinner and had a salad dressing like this so I had to try to duplicate it.

One clove garlic

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup orange juice

3 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar

One tablespoon honey

1/3 cup olive, canola or grapeseed oil

One tablespoon Dijon mustard

Two tablespoons dried garlic slices

Take out your Magic Bullet

Puree the garlic and salt

Add everything else

It becomes a white dressing

Add two handfuls of field greens and two baby cucumbers to a bowl with two sliced scallions

Add the dressing

Toss the dried sliced garlic with one tablespoon of the dressing

Add to the salad

I served this with baked salmon

Delicious meal and the dressing is a keeper.
