Egg Roll Bowl
I love this and it is so fast and easy.
One pound of Chinese sausage, ground pork or ground turkey
One sliced onion
7 to 8 cups of Cole slaw mix
4 tablespoons soy sauce
One tablespoon grated ginger
One teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 thinly diced red pepper
Three scallions diced
2 tablespoons Franks chili sauce
One tablespoon Sriracha sauce (optional)
Cook the meat and onions
Make sure it is crumbled into small pieces.
Drain the oil but do not wipe out the pan
Stir in the Coleslaw, garlic, ginger and soy sauce
Garnish with the, scallions, chili sauce and sriracha
You can eat this in a bowl, put it over rice or fry an egg and put over it.
I ate the entire recipe but in two sittings.
After making this several times, I realized you can use less than a pound of meat and it was great.
I also used leftover pork loin that I diced into small pieces.
I also tried small shrimp. It was so inexpensive and was perfect.
Don’t forget to put this in a wrap if you are on the go.
